Amanda | Jacksonville, FL | Maige & Sizemore CPA, P.A.

Amanda Bunk-Sizemore, CPA, President

Amanda graduated from Jacksonville University with a Bachelor of Accounting Degree in 2004. She earned her Master of Accountancy from The University of North Florida in December 2010 and her Master of Business Administration in 2021 from Southern New Hampshire University. She became a Certified Public Accountant and was licensed within the State of Florida in 2013.

 

Amanda started her public accounting career in high school, working during school holidays. She now has over 20 years of full-time experience working at Jacksonville-based firms, taking on responsibilities of bookkeeping, payroll, and corporate and individual tax returns. Amanda is a current member of  the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, WBO, and BNI. She is also a Certified QuickBooks Pro.

 

In 2015,  Amanda became a junior partner in the firm and took on the responsibilities for the bookkeeping and payroll departments, along with her continued corporate and individual tax preparation. In 2018, Amanda became of the owner of firm.

 

Amanda currently serves as the Treasurer on the board for Fostering Connections, a local non-profit focused on working with children and families in the fostering system in Northeast Florida. She is also a proud Navy wife.


Amanda is a member of Alpha Epsilon Phi and served as its Treasurer while attending Jacksonville University. Amanda has also volunteered in several positions within her church, including spending 18 months serving a mission in Denver, Colorado.

Jamie Capehart, Staff Accountant

Jamie received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University in 2017 and his Master of Accountancy in 2021. Before starting his accounting career, he worked as a parts consultant at Ring Power for 7 years. He then joined Lift Power as a parts consultant and was later promoted to the position of Assistant Parts Manager. While at Lift Power, Jamie was responsible for streamlining and improving all month-end and year-end reporting procedures. Jamie enjoys spending time with his family and serves in the local congregation of his church. Jamie joined Calibra CPA Tax & Accounting, P.A. in July 2018.

Elizabeth Amatangelo, Office Administrator

Elizabeth Amatangelo is a working mother of 4 who enjoys serving others. Before coming to work at Calibra CPA Tax & Accounting, P.A., Elizabeth worked as a lunch lady at a local high school, and then at Moosehaven where she served the residents and enjoyed making them smile and laugh with her colorful collection of aprons.

Elizabeth serves at her church teaching children. She also helps with drama club at her children’s school. She loves being outside with her family, at city events, the park, and at the beach.
